Marketing agent Haydn Meyer of Ray White Manly said the home, at 118 Coreen St, attracted strong interest and several offers before the scheduled auction date. “We had more than 40 groups through during the campaign,” he said. The architecturally designed home was built in 2012 and has five bedrooms, open-plan living, a deck, bespoke bar, inground pool and an outdoor room.
